David O’Brien of the Atlanta Journal Constitution is reporting the Braves and Dan Uggla are discussing an extension in the range of 5 years 60 million.
This is interesting since Uggla reportedly rejected a 4 year 48 million offer with the Marlins and was subsequently traded to the Braves. If this is true this would seem to be a great deal for the Braves since 30 homer 90 RBI second basemen are a rare commodity. |
