| Jon Heyman is reporting the Yankees called the Mariners asking about the availability of Felix Hernandez but were told Felix is not available. The Yankees are obviously desperate for a top of the line starting pitcher after having Cliff Lee sign with the Phillies. One has to wonder what type of package the Yankees would have been willing to offer for King Felix? You would have to think Jesus Montero would be in any offer. |
